The health and safety of guests and employees is our highest priority.
SPA ayualam has implemented the following COVID-19 protocols to ensure safe and truly relaxing space for you.
RECEPTION
- Guests will be required to complete a mandatory health questionnaire upon arrival.
- Spa receptionists are required to wear a face mask.
- A UV sterilizer has been installed at the reception desk to sterilize check-in items, such as pens.
TREATMENT
- Therapists are required to wear a face mask.
- Therapists are required to wash their hands with soap for a minimum of 20 seconds prior to treatment.
- Massage bed, head rest, counter top, doorknob and light switch are sanitized after each use.

OTHERS
- Hand sanitizers are equipped at the entrance/exit, reception and treatment rooms.
- Retail products are covered by plastic.
- All linens are professionally laundered.
- Rest rooms are cleaned regularly.
- Staff area is also cleaned and sanitized regularly.
- All employees are also screened by taking temperature before shift.
